HCO Partners Prepares for Phase Two Development of Historic Vitrolite Property in Ohio City 

Women-Centered Private Offices & Service Provider Suites Launching 2025, Leases Include Six Weeks of Coaching

Cleveland, OH – October 15, 2024 – HCO Partners, a neighborhood development firm rooted in brick & mortar storefront activation, is preparing for phase two development of The Vitrolite in Cleveland’s Hingetown neighborhood. The historic landmark property opened in May 2023 as a community space after five months of renovations and is currently home to three local women-owned brands: Harness Cycle, Patron Saint and Soul Yoga. 

In phase two of the renovation, development partners Anne Hartnett and Andria Loczi are expanding their community vision with two new space rentals: The Matriarchy and Luuma. “We listened to what our community needs and are excited to launch new spaces to create and cultivate local business,” said Anne Hartnett, CEO of HCO Partners. “We can’t wait to welcome new local brands to The Vitrolite.” 

MATRIARCHY AND LUUMA SPACES PROVIDE BUILT-IN COMMUNITY, BUILDING AMENITIES AND OPTIONAL BUSINESS COACHING

Both concepts will offer unique spaces in the vibrant Hingetown neighborhood with built-in community connection and building amenities. Tenants can take advantage of business and personal coaching as part of their lease. 

The Matriarchy: An office community for women-owned businesses and professionals. The Matriarchy community includes private office rentals, open work space and wellness-centered programming focused on personal and professional development. Tenants can enjoy building amenities like smart access doors, free wifi and coffee, and discounted movement classes. 

Luuma: Service provider suites for the health & wellness space. Luuma caters to service providers and wellness practitioners with flexible, unique rental options. Amenities include onsite laundry, community space access and free parking.
